RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY (* Service Notice *)
The safety of the entire Victorian Rosa family is of utmost importance, includes undoubtedly included our diligent logistics team. While we work to keep our platform operating, we understand there will be certain challenges. We ask for you to bear with us on delivery times and we ask at this time to hold all Exchange requests. We will review each individually and based on our ability to arrange reverse logistics, we will determine the viability and of each request.
All sales at victorianrosa.com are final.
We have a limited collection, which means exchanging and returning is not always possible. However, in case of a genuine size exchange we will try to accommodate where possible. If we don’t have the requested size in stock, we will provide a store credit.
Please request a return or exchange within 7 days of your order. We can ONLY accept an exchange on a product if the box and the tags are intact and the product is not worn.

All accepted returns will receive store credit. Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
